Who We Are
Evergreen Applied Technologies was born out of a desire for a narrower focus on customers and their projects. We want to provide you with the best lighting for your project as well as the best customer service to go along with it! With our advanced experience and knowledge, we can help with your lighting project from start to finish, whether you are looking for one lamp, or looking to light up an entire hotel, we can help.
Interesting Facts About Us:
- We are a small lighting distributor with lighting experts on staff.
- We are located in the mountains of beautiful Evergreen Colorado, just 30 mins west of Denver. (A photo of the lake in downtown Evergreen is shown to the right)
- As a small e-commerce company, we will not sell you anything you don't need for your project. For example, you will never find a 700 series lamp on our site.
- We work directly with manufacturers, not through distribution.
Our History
2014
In May, 2014 Lightdisty.com was born. Owner Chris Lewis created Evergreen Applied Technologies, a parent company to Lightdisty.com, ElectricalGopher.com, ProLawnTech.com and RLMShades.com. Light Disty is designed as an e-commerce website and distributor of all lighting products. As Light Disty continues to grow we add an array of products in and gain a reputation of being a trusted online shop for all things lighting. In December of 2014, Chris opens our sister site Electricalgopher.com. Electrical Gopher grows into an e-commerce company specializing in more landscaping lighting, as well as including some of the same products on Light Disty.
2016
In early 2016 Chris opens his first retail location at 3735 Evergreen Parkway, Evergreen Co. 80439. We begin stocking our shop with a few products allowing us to ship some items out faster and more efficiently.
2018
In 2018 we complete our largest lighting project to date, relighting the Tampa Bay Rays baseball stadium. Founder Chris Lewis begins to specialize more than ever in custom sports lighting and we create custom sports lighting packages. To date we have completed hundreds of sports lighting projects in the United States and in countries all around the world.
2024
In 2024, Evergreen Applied Technologies moved to a brand new state of the art building and added the landscaping website ProLawnTech.com and the decorative shades and custom built fixtures website RLMShades.com. We now have much more space so drop by and say hi!
